@SuperFlorida85 . I heard you brother….. I was going to do the same thing. BURN DOWN THE HOUSE so no one will get it. Loan modification is a scam. The banks are trying to screw you for more money while they are waiting for the foreclosure papers to get done.

Same thing happened to me and now I have paid 3 different attorneys and negotiating programs close to $10,000 to keep it. My home is work 50% of its value. Now….who is the fool? Me. Ready to walk but I am in a state where the lender can actually come after me for the payments after they take the house. How crazy is that?

I hear you. My loan was supposed to be modified, then my lender sold my mortgage to another servicer, who in turn, sold it to another servicer and now I am in foreclosure even though I was making the payments. I really feel like burning this house to the ground.
Fuck Obama and all his fuckin lip service. He knows damn well this plan wasn’t going to work because the loan servicer’s don’t have to accept anything from the Government. Especially the sub prime loan servicers. They run their own show. Obama knows this, but his black ass keeps making empty promises. I hope he doesn’t win a second term. As for Las Vegas, we need to start burning the empty boarded up houses to the ground to make the banks pay for the shit they pull.

If my house wasn’t so close to my neighbors house, I would burn this fucker to the ground. I tried for months to get a loan mod. The lender gave me a 3 month trial to modify my loan. I made the payments on time. Then they sold my land to another loan servicer who told me to keep making my payments as agreed. Then that servicer sold my loan again, and now the new servicer put me in foreclosure. They even sent back the last 3 payments I sent them. Fuck Obama, he isn’t doing shit!
the only way to finish this loan modification shit up is to trash and burn your house. it’s a win win situation.

everytime I call its a new person working on my loan, I lost my job, one tells me onething the other another story, their just bouncing me around its been 4 months of this, what can I do? I have an interest of 9.5% and Ive had this home for 3 years. in those 3 years Ive paid around 30,000 in interest and less than 3,000 towards principle they never call me back, they always say “I will send your loan modificator an Email to call you” and they never do
