***READ MORE WISDOM HERE*** You’ve been asking so here it is…LET’S TALK FINANCE! **BIG SMILES** Leave your questions below, let’s get financially independent together! I strongly suggest that you begin to focus on changing your mindset first. Finances are 80% behavior. I’ve “been there done that” so if you think I don’t know, read my bio. I’m talking from the perspective of a black woman that was a single mom, divorced, on welfare, homeless, Section 8, GED, unemployed to a woman that is now employed, an Entrepreneur, married, mom of 3, a Business Owner, built a home, college educated, etc. We have to increase our financial independence and it starts within our mind. I suggest that you subscribe and listen to Clark Howard (www.clarkhoward.com), Dave Ramsey (http and Suze Orman (www.suzeorman.com) and listen to the stories of people that have it better and worse than you do. Begin to wrap your mind around financial independence, wealth, personal finance, budget (spending plan) and start the change. Read finance books and learn what the wealthy do. Wealth is measured in time. How many days can you go without working before you’d be BROKE? I suggest reading T.Harv Eker, David Bach, Brian Tracy, Suze Orman, Napoleon Hill, Clement Stone, Dennis Kimbro, etc. Get FREE e-books here! www.box.net Get your credit report and scores! Awesome video. It gives me more to work with.
Hey Spark, Long time LOL, I have started giving this area of my life more respect, I am learning about finances, and how to make having, spending, sharing and saving money not be a burden to me. I have worked out a workable budget for myself and it has been such a great relief, the more I learn, the better cultivating my God given garden will be! Your such a blessing! My God continue to bless your fabulous touch.
Hey there! First and foremost, thx for the positive and informative vids you post. Second, what is this success wall you speak of? If you havent already, maybe you can post a vid about it. thx in advance for your time
wonderful advice!! thanks for sharing!
I watched your videos on the 52 week plan. They were very inspiring.. I am going to start my plan late… but that’s ok.. I also have the book entitled “Girl get your money straight” started reading it years ago and put it down. I will be picking it back up in the morning.. I’m inspired to build wealth, starting my own business in a few months. Business plan done waiting on my certifications. Thanks for the extra boost of inspiration. When I start making videos I will make one regarding finan
@PinkCottonEnt (((HUGS))) back, thanks for watching!
*Hugs* You are such a blessing.
Wondeful, wonderful.
@SPARKWISDOM I have 30 year fixed. I brought my house before I heard of Dave Ramsey. I have a great mortgage and interest rate.
I had paid off two things on my credit report that my credit advisor told me besides the student loan – so how long will it take me to raise my credit score? He said I should also get a secure card to help bring it up?
@SPARKWISDOM That’s what I love about you! Keep it up!
@DeeNT1 That’s right! We’re not participating!!!
@Naturalbychoice Get rid of that defeated mentality! “But most people don’t listen to me anyway.” I sure wish you would have mentioned it, I would have listened! Everything you speak is true, when you truly believe that, you will speak differently
Adopt that mentality and beat defeat!
@MsTbill LOL! An Elder once told me “Who you are in private with God is how He rewards you openly to others.” Proverbs 3:6 and Romans 8:28 are hung around my neck
Thank you for watching!
@m1sshurd Thanks! I like talking about hair, yet I’m more concerned with the whole man. We are not just one dimensional.
@cutiece66 Way to go! Did you do the Ramsey way and get a 15 yr fixed? Thanks for the info about Deborah Owens. I followed Michelle when she was part of the WSJ, yet I still take bits and pieces of it all. My life experiences have been so unique…
@athomas1124 thanks for watching, you rock!
@Skye525 Thanks for watching!
@PROVERBSWOMAN31 Depends. I filed Chapter 7 in 2005. There was just no way I could pay off over $100k on a $33k a year teacher’s salary. I’ll cover this in a future video
. I highly suggest talking to people that have “been there done that.” An attorney will give you the black and white yet there is an emotional side to bankruptcy beyond just wiping out the debt. There is your credit, public information, some embarrassment, etc.
@mpenny226 I need to check out Freakanomics, thanks!
@PROVERBSWOMAN31
You can also contact the Bankruptcy court, I am sure you can find them online. I will say this though I am not an attorney. The Bankruptcy laws have changed. If you are going to get Ch. 7 you will have to meet with an attorney to see if you qualify to get Ch. 7. But contacting them they can consult you with what you need to do.
@SPARKWISDOM
I agree.
I really like how you said “listen to people who aren’t participating in the recession!”
I will not participate in the recession! My new montra!
Sorry about your $. When you first put it in that box I honestly wanted to tell you not to do that because people could see you online and know where your $ was. But most people don’t listen to me anyway. I now wish that I did mention it. You get a fair amount of viewers. I hope you don’t choose to discontinue. Please continue and restrategize. You are the Spark I needed. I felt stumped for a while now. Now I’m using your videos and some podcasts to get me back on track. Be Blessed.
You are the only person that i subscribe to that makes me want to have more dialogue with you. First of all i can tell that you are truly an awesome woman of God! What you do on your channel is awesome and i subscribe to many but none have touched me the way you do. All i can say is keep doing you, God is smiling.
